I get the gist of the crew members being both officer and enlisted. In MHT there were no officers in the entire shop. We had a shop chief (Msgt) and four four man teams to do the work. Team leaders were either Tsgt or Ssgt. All of the officers were up in the maim HQ.
Do what you say you will.

First post here. I was in Minot from 76 - 86 working MMT, TTB, QC and JC. I retired in 1994 from Norton and I think I remember Lt Pan. Certainly remember all the MHT guys.

Worked on the replacement at Loral Areospace, Goodyear AZ, Interesting fact is they wanted to replace the hoist in the new models but found out they could not improve on the design so they re-used all of the originals in the one you see in picture today.
